Hi, I'm Nic—co-founder of Clinitalk alongside Peter Salmon. We set out to make a real difference in medical training by ensuring every trainee has easy access to reliable, high-quality feedback, anytime they need it.
I've taught consulting skills for NHS England and on RCGP courses for over a decade and I'm passionate about promoting good consulting and RCGP values.
My core mission is to improve patient care and support your success.
As a practicing GP, I balance my dedication to medicine with family life, and my love for adventure.

Hi, I'm Pete—co-founder of Clinitalk alongside Nic. As a qualified GP with a background in programming, I've spent much of my career working on projects across primary care, secondary care, and banking.
I'm deeply committed to the NHS and our community, and I see this work as a way to help GPs navigate complexity while honing the communication skills vital to their practice.
Outside of work, I cherish family life—I'm married with a large family—and find joy in gardening.

Hi, I'm Nicola—I joined Clinitalk alongside Nic and Pete in 2024, drawn by the perfect opportunity to combine my passion for GP training with my love of technology.
I’ve held roles as an RCGP examiner for 14 years, and I've also worked as a trainer, and area director. I’m committed to helping GPs develop the skills they need to thrive.
I’m based in Buckinghamshire, and when I’m not immersed in medical education, I have a soft spot for puffins!
