What we do

We empower resident doctors and educators through SCA-aligned, accessible, and high-quality feedback on clinical consultations.
Our goal is to ensure that every trainee can progress safely and successfully towards becoming a skilled and confident GP, particularly supporting international medical graduates and those from underrepresented backgrounds who face higher rates of differential attainment in the RCGP examinations.

How we deliver impact

We focus our efforts and reinvestment into developing tools and resources that:

  • Strengthen core consultation skills and clinical reasoning.
  • Reduce differential attainment, with particular attention to international medical graduates and trainees facing resits.
  • Support trainers to provide consistent, timely, and SCA aligned feedback.
  • Enhance patient safety through improved communication and clinical decision-making.
  • Widen access by keeping our services affordable, transparent, and easy to use, including offering our platform as a structured course that trainees can access through study budgets available in many training areas.

Our commitments

We focus our efforts and reinvestment into developing tools and resources that:

  • To always act in the interests of trainees, educators, and the wider NHS.
  • To invest in product innovation, educational resources, and initiatives that promote fairness and accessibility, keeping our educational mission at the heart of what we do.
  • To partner only with educators and organisations that share NHS values.
  • To design technology that is ethical, secure, compliant, and fully aligned with NHS standards.
  • To remain mindful of the ethical implications of AI use in education and our environmental impact as we develop and scale our services.
  • To complement established training programmes such as those offered by the RCGP, providing additional support that sits alongside existing resources.

Our ultimate vision

Above all, Clinitalk is dedicated to helping every resident doctor become a confident, capable, and compassionate GP. At the same time, it is built to respect the limited time available to educators by helping them rapidly identify high value areas for feedback that target the most significant development needs.
